Time : 1h17’
Distance : 15,5 km

1)      Warm up : 5.5 km in 30’
2)      Tempo run with up and down hill : 10’ + 10’ + 5’
3)      Cooldown run : 3.5 km in 22’


The weather is cold, but really nice to run with well-being ;-)
