Are you ready for  a speed running  workout  on the track : (800m – 600m – 400m – 200m ) × 2 tonight? Let’s go !!!

  1. Warm up : 4 km in 19 minutes

  1. Speed running  workout on the track : (800 – 600 – 400 – 200 ) × 2 :
-         800 m in 2’34’’
-         600 m in 1’55’’
-         400 m in 1’12’’
-         200 m in 34’’

Slow run : 3 minutes

-         800 m in 2’36’’
-         600 m in 1’59’’
-         400 m in 1’11’’
-         200 m in 32’’

  1. Cooldown run : 4 km in 27’


The weather is nice to run with well-being and great motivation ;-)
