Are you ready for a nice tempo run today? Let’s go to upcoming race “La Voie Royale , Saint-Denis” with great motivation and wellness with good feelings to support the fight against breast cancer!!!

Distance : 16 km
Time : 1:14’50’’

1. Warm up run : 4 km in 22’

2. Tempo run : (4 x 2000m) in 30’

3. Cooldown run :4 km in 24’


The weather is nice to run with well-being and great motivation ;-)
