Are you ready for a nice tempo run today? Let’s go !!!

1. Warm up run : 9 km in 52’

2. Speed running: 3 x (1500 m + 500 m) in 27’:
- Run fast : 1500 m
- Rest : 2’
- Run fast : 500 m
- Rest : 1’30’’

3. Cooldown run : 5 km in 29’

The weather is nice to run with well-being and great motivation ;-)
