  1. Warm up run : 4 km in 18’49’’

  1. Speed running workout (500 m – 2 x 1000m – 800m – 600m) :
-         500 m in 1’29’’
-         1000 m in 3’22’’
-         1000 m in 3’20’’
-         800 m in 2’36’’
-         600 m in 1’58’’

  1. Cooldown run (barefoot running) : 2 km in 15’


The weather is nice to run with well-being and great motivation ;-)
